4. Account Registration and Security

To access gq222's services, users must register a single account using accurate and current personal information. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and delayed withdrawals.

In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited activity, all balances held in the account will be forfeited.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on gq222 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following terms govern all financial transactions:

Deposits

• 1The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. gq222 does not charge a fee on standard deposits, though your mobile wallet provider's own transaction charges (if any) remain the user's responsibility.

Withdrawals

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any conduct that undermines the integrity of the Platform, its other users, or its payment systems. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• 2Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any software designed to place bets, interact with games, or exploit promotional mechanics in a manner not consistent with genuine individual play.

• 5Any conduct intended to exploit software errors, game glitches, or pricing errors in betting markets. Winnings derived from a demonstrable software or pricing error are void and will be reversed. The underlying account may be suspended pending investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on gq222, including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of gq222 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or in any other way exploit any content from gq222 without the prior written consent of gq222.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gq222 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions, inaccurate odds, or unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

gq222 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect service availability. gq222 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant planned downtime. gq222's aggregate liability to any individual user for any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

10. Amendments to Terms

gq222 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, gq222 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the contact information held on their account or via a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. 11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law and the laws applicable to online gaming services. Players who remain unsatisfied following the internal process may seek alternative dispute resolution through an independent third-party service at their own cost.
